What’s an IPA you might ask?  Well, India pale Ale style originates as an overly hopped beer that was the answer to the problem of providing beer to the British empire in the east. It was too hot to Brew in India. It is what was needed to survive the six-month grueling journey by boat! It has a higher ABV than other pale ales. However, not all IPAs are equal, especially our Cabras Ipa.
